    I have an 8 year old daughter who is obsessed with bats! She has loved them for years! So, as you might imagine, we have many, many bat plushies. This might be the cutest bat she owns. He looks exactly like the bats in the Brian Lies books. (Side note: Brian Lies answered a fan letter that my daughter wrote her and was very sweet to her!)

    I bought this stuffed bat for my 3 1/2 year old daughter after we discovered the Bats at the Beach and Bats in the Library books at the library. She loves the books and LOVES this bat. She’s been carrying it around for days now pushing it in her stroller and playing him upside down to sleep. It’s really helped her to appreciate this amazing little animal. I think I’m going to buy a second stuffed bat to put away from my one year old in case she loves the books too.
