Question by Kristelle: Can the Baby Alive doll “My Actual Baby” eat food?
Okay, so my sister got a “Baby Alive: My Real Baby” doll for Christmas. I just wanted to ask if the doll can eat it is doll food like the “Real Surprises” doll due to the fact in the box, it stated it pees and poops but there was no no cost doll food, and we wondered how it can poop without food, so possibly we still have to acquire the food.

Almost certainly sold separately.
My cousin had one of the very first eating/pooping dolls in the 60s
It was ok till it plugged up and hardened like cement

I bought the exact same doll for my daughter for Xmas. On the shelf next to it was baby alive doll food with a spoon so I bought that separately. However when I read the instructions you are told not to use Baby Alive doll food sold separately because it is not meant for this model. I am confused also because the box did say it pees and poops. Food seems to be OK but we watered it down so it is quite runny. Probably fine if you make sure to flush it out after.
