turn a Lego Mindstorm robot into a etch-a-sketch Code for your own NXT: www.idreamincode.com

what the shit is this
wish u could turn a $20 etchasketch to $250 mindstorms kit
Nah I get what’s going on here. I just wish they had more appropriate lighting or something so it was easier to see the result itself..
@MonkeySayCheese You gotta look close. Basically it is a simple line moving around up and down when the user turns the wheels. Nothing that interesting is actually happening on the screen. It is more a proof of concept for the NXT robot.
can’t see the frickin screen
All you need to write a code is basic C knowhow and a little way with algorythems[Depends on what you're making]
I know I do
its very very easy to write. They have some really easy drag and drop functions and there are a lot of tutorials out there how to get started with it.
Thanks, is it easy to write codes (is it possible to write codes) can you make the mindstorms nxt do just about anything?
The code is just a standard NXT robot program file. Nothing was hacked. Just programmed in the standard way.
What’s a code ,do you need to hack anything or change the firmware or something?
just the eyes seeing the table. I made it seem like it was shaking it but actually just if it saw something less that 6 inches away.
when you erased, was that some kind of movement sensor, or just the eyes on top seeing the table?
Don’t you hate when that happens!
thats not the point lol
How did u program it to do that?
This gets 5/5 from me. This is excellent work
Thanks! (I accidentially clicked the Remove tag instead of the Reply button so reposting it!)
Awesome! I love the how you erase!!!
wwell you did a awsome job man awsome
This is really good! i love the lego nxt
id rather use the classic etch and sketch cuz the screen is bigger and it works better
no fucking duh
