Question by sweet pork: Is “frog leap” the technical term for the jump performed in “leap frog?”?
My deranged older brother recalls performing a “frog leap” during tae kwon do while doing leap frog. This is fine but he insist that “frog leap” is a technical term. Is this true?

I should think that leap frog is a little too juvenile to have technical terms at all. But in terms of gymnastics in general, “vault” seems a better word for it.
